Moon Loh is a mom of 2 young daughters and she is the author for "Babymoon Travelling Information Guide". She is also the Founder of Mompreneur Asia.

"I find that Babymoon Travelling is becoming an increasing trend in Asia and many friends actually went for their Babymoon Travelling during expecting. They just didn't realise it has a beautiful and special name for expecting couples who go for a relaxation before welcoming the newborn.

First Babymoon Travelling
In fact, I experienced my babymoon when my first pregnancy at Batu Ferringhi Penang Malaysia. That was a great experience where we enjoyed our honeymoon again before the baby arrived. Since the air travelling time was very short, I have totally no difficulty for the journey. During that time we didn't know that our trip was "Babymoon". We just enjoyed our time together while excited to welcome our first child in few months time.

Second Babymoon Getaway
I have my second Babymoon Getaway at Sentosa Island, Singapore. Since this was not my first pregnancy, I have to make decision whether to bring along my daughter for the trip. Be frankly, I felt guilty when I left home with my hubby without my daughter. As a mom, yes, I definitely wish to let my girl joins us and have fun together, but this is a babymoon trip, a trip to let pregnancy mom to relax mentally and physically, I knew I have made a right decision later on.

This was a chance for me and my hubby to have private couple time again. We enjoyed our time and moment together without worrying about the kid’s needs. We visited some attractive points at Sentosa and I like our walk at Siloso Beach during morning and evening. The most important was I felt happy and it helped to refresh the memory of first pregnancy.

I truly encourage you to have your Babymoon although this is not your first pregnancy. I experience it and in fact I feel that it is more important than your first Babymoon. This is a chance for you to forget about the works, kids’ needs, household etc and rebond again with your partner.
